This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the State and Local Health Department.

Non-Refundable deposits are required to secure your date on my calendar. The deposits are 50% of your total balance. The deposit must be made within 12 hours of placing order. The remaining balance of your order MUST be paid in full a week before your order pickup. I will send a reminder a week before if payment is not made your order will be cancelled and you will not receive the deposit back.

Sugared Delights by Africa operates under the Texas Cottage Law and under that law I am NOT allowed to ship any baked goods

Your deposits are Non-Refundable but can be transferred to another date as long as I am available if a 14 Day notice is given. After 14 days your deposit is Non-Refundable.
